The golden rule
The sender is responsible for complying with the rules on prohibited and dangerous goods. VIO ePacket does not accept designer-brand goods. If you are not sure whether an item can be shipped, ask VIO ePacket before you pack it.
What happens if you ship prohibited items
The parcel may be held or destroyed by customs, or the sender may be fined. VIO ePacket does not return parcels from abroad to Vietnam. Honest declarations and proper packing are how you protect yourself.
