Size and weight limits

  • Maximum weight depends on the lane (standard ePacket allows 2 kg; VIO accepts up to 5 kg).
  • Maximum size: 60 × 50 × 40 cm; USA, Belgium, Ireland and the Netherlands 60 × 40 × 35 cm; US-Saver 55 × 40 × 35 cm.
  • Minimum size 14 × 9 cm, so there is room for the label and barcode; US-Saver parcels must be at least 15 × 10 × 0.7 cm.

Packing steps

  1. Choose a sturdy carton that fits the product closely, so you are not charged on volumetric weight. US-Clothing parcels (clothing to the USA) must be packed in poly mailers, not cartons.
  2. Fill the gaps with bubble wrap or paper so the item cannot move.
  3. Wrap fragile items individually; add a "Fragile" label if needed.
  4. Seal with strong tape and label the sender and recipient clearly.
  5. Attach the correct system label, with the barcode on a flat surface.

Tip to save on shipping

The closer the box fits, the lower the volumetric weight: lower costs, with the same protection.

Frequently asked questions

Should I use a mailer bag or a box for international shipping?
Non-fragile items can go in a durable PE (poly) mailer; fragile items should go in a carton with cushioning. US-Clothing parcels must use a poly mailer.
Do I need a Fragile sticker?
It is worth adding for fragile items, but what matters most is proper cushioning inside the box.
