EU 1 and EU 2 price groups

VIO ePacket splits Europe into two price groups: EU 1 (Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, Sweden, Poland, Czechia, Greece…) and EU 2 (Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Ireland… plus Norway and Israel). See the full Europe rate table for each group.

VAT and IOSS

Every EU shipment with VIO ePacket needs a valid IOSS number. IOSS collects VAT at the time of sale, so your buyer is not charged extra VAT at the border and the parcel clears customs faster. VIO only accepts EU parcels valued under €150.

EU customs fee: €5 per HS code (from 1 November 2026)

From 1 November 2026, every parcel sent to the 27 EU countries is charged an extra €5 for each HS code in the parcel: €3 Customs Duty + €2 Handling Fee, roughly 150,000₫ (≈ US$5.86) per HS code. This fee is not included in the rates. Items with the same 6-digit HS code, description and origin count as one HS code, so a parcel with a T-shirt and a pair of jeans has 2 HS codes and is charged €10. The fee does not apply to the UK, Switzerland, Norway or Israel. Declare every HS code fully and correctly so customs does not reassess the parcel.

Delivery time

Estimated 8–14 working days for both price groups. Some islands (for example in Croatia) may carry a remote-area surcharge.
