VAT and IOSS
Like every EU shipment, parcels to Germany need a valid IOSS number, so your German buyers are not charged extra VAT. VIO only accepts parcels valued under €150.
EU customs fee: €5 per HS code (from 1 November 2026)
Parcels to Germany are charged an extra €5 (roughly 150,000₫ (≈ US$5.86)) for each HS code in the parcel (€3 Customs Duty + €2 Handling Fee), not included in the rates. Items with the same 6-digit HS code, description and origin count as 1 HS code; see our HS code guide.
