Packing requirements
- These rates cover parcels up to 5 kg; above 5 kg, VIO quotes separately.
- Maximum size: 60 × 50 × 40 cm; USA, Belgium, Ireland and the Netherlands 60 × 40 × 35 cm; US-Saver 55 × 40 × 35 cm.
- Minimum size 9 cm × 14 cm (needed for a valid barcode label).
- Volumetric weight = L × W × H (cm) / 5000; you are charged on whichever is greater; Clothing rates are charged on actual weight only.
- General cargo only.
Taxes & surcharges
- Import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient at the destination.
- Free pickup when one pickup is at least 5 kg or at least 10 orders; otherwise 50,000₫ (≈ US$1.95) per pickup.
- Door-to-door pickup in Da Nang & Hanoi — see our ePacket Da Nang service.
- Remote-area surcharge 37,000₫/parcel. Re-delivery fee 144,546₫/parcel within a 14-day window — parcels are destroyed after that.
